Friends in the Fields : Owen Waters on Crop Circles !

Every summer, in the south of England, grand and mysterious works of art silently appear in the crop fields.

This magnificent crop circle was formed right in the heart of crop circle country, next to Silbury Hill in the county of Wiltshire, England.

Measuring hundreds of feet in diameter, it employs symbols from the Mayan calendar to predict that the Mayan Fourth Sun era will end in the year 2012. It actually makes the same prediction in two different ways, so that there is no doubt as to the intention of this message.

According to the Mayan calendar, a new era of human consciousness will dawn in late 2012. To paraphrase astronaut Neil Armstrong, the shift of consciousness in the year 2012 is likely to be, "One small step for each human, one giant leap for mankind." Future generations will undoubtedly look back upon the pivotal year of 2012 as a turning point in the development of human consciousness.

A variation on the healing symbol of the caduceus can be seen in the above photograph on the left. Today, this famous Hermetic symbol is associated with medicine or healing. As a Hermetic symbol, it traditionally represented Hermes or Mercury. Mercury was the symbol of communications, while Hermes represented ancient wisdom and secret knowledge.

The white horse at Milk Hill can be seen behind the crop circles in these photographs. It was carved into the chalk undersoil 200 years ago and measures more than 200 feet in length. The 'tram lines' in the crops are access lines made by farm equipment.

The question is, who makes these grand works of art? Nobody seems to know for sure. They appear mysteriously, often just before dawn. Eye witnesses have reported globes of light 'dancing' above the fields as they make their patterns by swirling and flattening precise sections of crops.

Crop circles are not a new phenomenon. They have been documented as far back as the year 1678. In recent years, however, they have multiplied enormously. Since the early 1990s, observers have logged over 10,000 crop circles.

Each crop circle is typically huge, often several hundred feet in diameter. One even measured 800 feet (240 m) in diameter. Their design is often artistically brilliant.

And yet, they are not just art. They portray symbols of great mystical significance. Some of them are more obvious, like representations of the ancient Mayan calendar of time, or the human chakra system in the above photograph. The popular system of seven chakras is shown as (left to right) the root, sex, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. The symbolism of the crown chakra is easy to see, as are the third eye and heart chakras. Also, the root chakra symbol on the far left represents the fact that the root chakra powers the rest of the chakras with activated life energy.

Some crop circles have depicted formations such as galaxies, ancient Sanskrit letters, DNA-like double-helixes, asteroid belts, spiral nebulae and eclipses. Other crop formations are not so obvious to the left-sided, logical part of the brain, and yet hold tremendous right-brain symbolism relating to the shift of human consciousness. These symbols remind the inner consciousness of what it once knew but had forgotten. They are wake-up calls to a humanity in transformation.

Whoever is sending us messages through such transformational imagery is obviously helping us through a critical juncture in human history. Whoever they are, and however they form these beautiful crop circles so delicately and so quietly, I just call them, our "Friends in the Fields."

The Answer : A Movie On Lunar Therapy

"The Answer" is a documentary on 'Interstellar Moonlight Therapy' or easier understood as Lunar Therapy, which is a doctor supported therapeutic breakthrough and is believed to be one of the most powerful tools for stress relief, relief from depression, mood elevation, improved health, deeper meditation, pain management, balance and improved sleep and deeper inner peace, with new beneficial discoveries every day. Researchers, doctors, healers and ordinary people from all over the world are experiencing and supporting the moonlight collector as a medical marvel.

The Interstellar Light Collector is unlike any other array in the world. Four years of collaboration by advocates of alternative therapies, private stakeholders and experts in the fields of engineering, optics, bioscience and medicine resulted in the completion of the world's first and only light collection device. The ILA collector is not only an achievement in innovation, but also an execution of groundbreaking design.

Situated in the Southern Arizona desert in a secure location 15 miles west of Tucson and 22 miles east of Kitt Peak National Observatory, the ILA collector is a parabolic, non-imaging optical collector composed of 84 mirrored collection panels.

At 52 feet high, 60 feet across and weighing 25 tons, this breathtaking device is colossal, yet has the maneuvering capability and precision of a Swiss watch.

The Interstellar Light Collector rotates a full 360 degrees, and can be aligned with the position of the moon to 1/10,000 of an inch in accuracy. With a collection surface of 3,000 square feet, the collected light can be focused into an area as large as 10 by ten feet or as small as 1mm that can pulsated or applied as a laser and transmitted directly into the accompanying research facility.

A line of investigation into the characteristics of natural light raised intriguing questions about the possible uses of alternative spectrum light, specifically moonlight.

Light cast by the moon is 500,000 times less bright than the sun. This light, reflected from the sun, presents a distinctive spectrum composed of more reds and yellows, and possesses a different frequency than sunlight. This specific light spectrum has never been artificially duplicated.

This 60-minute DVD "The Answer" includes a 15 minute lunar therapy session and a 9 minute guided meditation session in the concentrated moonlight of the Interstellar Light Collector. It's the next best thing to being there.

Tantra : Awakening The Kundalini Shakti

According to the philosophy of Tantra, the entire universe is a manifestation of pure consciousness. In manifesting the universe, this pure consciousness seems to become divided into two poles or aspects, neither of which can exist without the other ... all creation is the divine union of the opposites ... Yin & Yang ... Shiva & Shakti ...

One aspect, Shiva, is masculine, retains a static quality and remains identified with unmanifested consciousness. Shiva has the power to be but not the power to become or change.

The other aspect, Shakti, is feminine, dynamic, energetic and creative. Shakti is the Great Mother of the universe, for it is from her that all form is born.

All that is found in the cosmos can be found within each individual, and the same principles that apply to the universe apply in the case of the individual being.

Kundalini Shakti is a sexual energy ; Kundalini Shakti is conceived as a goddess, then, when it rises to the head, it unites itself with the Supreme Being, Lord Shiva.

The aspirant becomes engrossed in deep meditation and infinite bliss. This raw energy is the secret tool, which, when awakened, has the power to transform an individual from ordinary to exceptional.

"Only when Shiva is united with Shakti does he have the power to create." - Saundaryalahari

"Second-hand knowledge of the self gathered from books or gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realisation will do that. Realise yourself, turning the mind inward."

- Tripura Rahasya, 18: 89

Sungazing ☼ The Magical Power Of Solar Healing

Light is absolutely critical to all life that continues to evolve and grow on the surface of our planet, Earth. The Sun is the primary source of life sustaining energy at the core of our solar system nourishing all of creation and if we can learn to sungaze as described beautifully in this video lecture by Hira Ratan Manek (HRM) we can attune to the highest aspects of our being and increase our frequencies to a level where disease and the constant hunger for food can easily be transcended allowing us to recharge and regenerate our bodies naturally with the sun's radiant energy.

The Solar Healing Center is focused on helping humanity to develop a better understanding of how the sun can be used to heal the mind, body and spirit as demonstrated by Hira Ratan Manek, who, as a result of sungazing, has claimed better physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Hira Ratan Manek (HRM), among others, have proven that a person can live just on solar energy for very long periods without eating any food. This has come to be known as the HRM phenomenon. The method is used for curing all kinds of psychosomatic, mental and physical illnesses as well as increasing memory power and mental strength by using sunlight. One can get rid of any kind of psychological problems, and develop confidence to face any problem in life and can overcome any kind of fear including that of death within 3 months after starting to practice this method. As a result, one will be free from mental disturbances and fear, which will result in a perfect balance of mind. If one continues to apply the proper sungazing practice for 6 months, they will be free from physical illnesses. Furthermore, after 9 months, one can eventually win a victory over hunger, which disappears by itself thereafter.

This is a straight-forward yet effective method based on solar energy, which enables one to harmonize and recharge the body with life energy and also invoke the unlimited powers of the mind very easily. Additionally, it allows one to easily liberate from threefold sufferings of humanity such as mental illnesses, physical illnesses and spiritual ignorance.

If we can activate the human brain and awaken these infinite powers inherent in ourselves then we can raise ourselves to higher levels. We can achieve any results we want. In order to operate the brain effectively, it needs to be activated. Being a holistic entity it needs a holistic power supply. Sun energy is the source that powers the brain, which can enter and leave the human body or the brain only through one organ that is the human eye. Eyes are the Sun Energy’s entry door to the human brain. They are also known as the windows of the soul.

Chakras : Gateways To Consciousness

"Becoming aware of your energy body is another key tool to unlocking the gateways to conscious understanding and spiritual growth. Learning about the chakras was a major impetus that moved me forward on my own journey of awakening along with recognizing and tuning in to the natural cycles of the Sun and Moon. Of course that journey of discovery never ends and hopefully we each continue to grow and expand in wisdom throughout our lifetimes. In fact, it is my belief that the chakras travel with our souls and spirit from lifetime to lifetime and store the information you have accumulated throughout your various incarnations as well as the cellular memories of past experiences in your present body. In prior columns I have shared meditations for clearing and balancing your chakras along with some insight into what area of the body each chakra rules. This month we will focus on some basic information on what the chakras actually are and how these energy centers influence our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means “Wheel of Light”; the traditional belief is that there are 7 energy centers of the etheric body that lie along the spine and are spinning in constant rotation. There are also chakras in our hands and feet as well as outside the body above and below that connect us to the Earth and the Cosmos but to keep it simple, we will focus on gaining greater understanding of the 7 energy centers that correspond to the glandular system in our physical bodies. They appear energetically as wheel like vortices of light and are sometimes referred to as lotuses since they look like many petalled flowers. The colors of the chakras correspond to the colors of the rainbow. Check out the April 2009 Eye-Opener for the Lotus Bath Meditation that I frequently use for chakra balancing myself. This meditation does not have to be done in a bath, it can easily be adapted to use while sitting in a chair with both feet flat on the floor, laying down or while outdoors sitting cross legged on the ground. The chakras lie along the spine starting with the Root chakra at the base all the way up to the Crown chakra at the top of the head. Through the chakras our Spirit and Soul become receptive to and communicate with cosmic energies. Each of our chakras has its own purpose and connection as well as unique energies it is associated with. CG Jung taught that the chakras are the gateways to consciousness. By balancing and raising our awareness of our chakras we can become more receptive to the Divine and unite our Individual Soul with Universal Soul. Experiencing their presence will help you tap into your innate wisdom and knowledge of the chakra system as a spiritual being in a physical body.

Carolyn Myss is a renowned author, teacher and medical intuitive who brought the concept and study of chakras to mainstream consciousness. She teaches that the Root chakra connects us all at a tribal level and has to do with basic survival; an energy we all share as a collective experience. With the current economic situation there is a shared level of fear about having the basic needs of life met, with the high unemployment rate and all the changes that Pluto in Capricorn has brought so far it is important to work on keeping the Root chakra open and balanced. If the Root is blocked it will have an effect on every other energy center in the body.

An easy way to begin your understanding of the chakras is to obtain a good chart that illustrates and describes the chakras and gives the correspondences related to them such as the body parts and glands, related gemstones, colors, planets, essential oils, recognizing traits of balanced and unbalanced energy centers. Since they are affiliated with the endocrine system and brain they do directly relate to physical health and well being. As you identify and activate them through meditation and study you will find that you can bring balance and harmony to your body, mind and spirit. There is much to be learned from books but in my opinion you can learn what you need from meditation and tuning in to your chakras. One excellent book on energy exercises and meditation is Your Aura & Your Chakras-An Owner’s Manual by Karla McLaren. Another classic work is The Sevenfold Journey-Reclaiming Mind, Body & Spirit through the Chakras by Anodea Judith & Selene Vega. The information presented here is based on my research and notes from various sources. There are many books on this subject and a vast amount of knowledge to learn, it is actually overwhelming how much there is to potentially study. Learn the basics and let your chakras teach you. Here is some basic information on each chakra:

Root Chakra

by Catherine G. McElroy

The First or Root chakra is considered to be our animal center, it rules basic emotions, animal instinct (like survival) and animal passions (like rage). It is situated at the base of the spine, in the area of the perineum. The Root chakra is the primary source of energy and the grounding and manifestation center. Its color energy is red. It connects our physical body to the Earth. In females it spins in a counter-clockwise direction and males in a clockwise direction. It regulates the hips, legs and feet, lower back, sexual organs and blood circulatory system.

Feelings of isolation, aimlessness and apathy can be symptoms of an unbalanced root chakra. This can also manifest as being overly attached to material things or being attracted to someone based solely on physical appearance. When the root chakra is well balanced, we experience security, health, ambition and positive life force energy. When in harmony there is a feeling of profound connection to nature.

Sacral Chakra

by Catherine G. McElroy

The Second or Sacral Chakra is situated about one inch below the navel, between the ovaries in females and at the gonads in males. Its color energy is orange. This second chakra rules the sexual organs, kidneys, bladder and large intestine. This is the detoxifying center. It is our center of family patterns, sexuality, emotions, empathy and creativity. We perceive energy at a gut or feeling level through empathic or clairsentient abilities. In females it spins in a clockwise direction and in males in a counter-clockwise direction. This center rules the balance of free giving and receiving of emotions. Unsure and unstable sexual relationships can affect this area energetically and the health of the corresponding organs.

If well balanced it manifests as healthy emotions and passions. Harmony is achieved with being open, considerate, friendly and kind. When this center is unbalanced it can manifest as anxiety, anger, frustration and stress,

Solar Plexus

by Catherine G. McElroy

The Third chakra is considered to be the second mind; it is our center of being, where we generate and contain our life force energy. It is located right in between your rib cage, a few inches below the breastbone. Its color energy is yellow. The Solar Plexus regulates the digestive system, stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas and small intestine. In females it spins in a counter-clockwise direction and males in a clockwise direction. It relates to personal power, ego, desires, instinct and impulses.

The third chakra is the center for astral travel, psychic development and communication with spirit guides. When in harmony there is a feeling of wholeness, inner calm and peace due to balance of the spiritual and material world. Lack of confidence, confusion and pessimism might be indications of an unbalanced third chakra. Being out of harmony manifests as a need to control and dominate others with an emphasis on the material.

Heart Chakra

by Catherine G. McElroy

This is the center of pure love. The Fourth chakra is located behind the breastbone. Its color energy expresses as green or pink. It correlates with universal love and compassion. This is the middle point of our energy system, where spirit, mind and body meet. It rules the heart, lungs, circulatory system, shoulders and upper back. In females it spins in a clockwise direction and males in a counter-clockwise direction.

An unbalanced fourth chakra can manifest through obsessive behaviors, lack of self-worth and cruelty. Physical problems include heart disease, blood pressure problems, and insomnia and breathing problems. When this center is in harmony we feel affinity with others, tolerance, compassion and understanding.

Throat Chakra

by Catherine G. McElroy

The Throat Chakra is situated right where the collarbones meet. It is the Fifth chakra; its color energy is blue. It corresponds to the thyroid gland which regulates the production of hormones in the body. It also regulates communication of all kinds. This is the point where spirit manifests through creativity, expression, change, transformation and healing. In females it spins in a counter-clockwise direction and males in a clockwise direction. It rules the throat, thyroid, teeth, and ears. It also rules the inner ear and abilities of clairaudience or the ability to hear spiritual information or insight.

When well balanced it brings steadiness and inspiration, we know when to trust our intuition. We are able to speak our truth and experience balance in expression. When out of harmony there can be much talking without finding true expression, there is discomfort with silence and fear of being judged and rejected. Physical problems related to an unbalanced throat chakra could be hyperthyroidism, skin irritations, ear infections and back pain.

Brow Chakra or Third Eye

by Catherine G. McElroy

The Sixth chakra is situated on the forehead right between the eyebrows. Its color energy is indigo. It enables the recognition of being and is linked to the pituitary gland. In females it spins in a clockwise direction and in males in a counter-clockwise direction. This chakra rules the eyes and the faculty of seeing, both physically and intuitively. It is our center of clairvoyance or clear seeing. This is the memory and planning center. It rules the eyes, the brain, the face and the endocrine system.
When well balanced it brings understanding, good analytical skills. Intuition and inner awareness are incorporated into everyday life. When unbalanced, it causes lack of realism, which might result in delusion. If this center is out of harmony there is a tendency towards rejection of spiritual aspects with an over emphasis on intellect and science. Problems with eyes and sinus can all be symptoms of an unbalanced brow chakra.

Crown Chakra

by Catherine G. McElroy

The crown is the Seventh chakra; it is situated at the very top of the skull. Its color energy is violet or white. It is our connection to the Divine and brings us information on what our higher purpose is. It rules the brain, the left and right hemispheres. This center contains the ability of clear knowing or claircognizance and is linked to the pineal gland. This is the connection point to the Universe, the Higher Self. In females it spins in a counter-clockwise direction and males in a clockwise direction.

When well balanced, it brings understanding, wisdom, enlightenment, conscious awareness and blissfulness. When unbalanced, it brings extreme fear (panic), depression, exhaustion, alienation.
Knowing about the chakras and working to bring them into balance will help to keep you healthy, happy, productive, expressive and at peace. Simply placing your attention on each chakra and breathing deeply into it as you visualize the corresponding color clearing and bringing it into balance is a good way to begin to clear negativity and blockages. Yoga and other forms of energetic exercise such as Tai Chi and Chi Gong also help to bring balance to these energy centers.

A good understanding of the chakras and how they work are essential to effective meditation and life mastery. I hope this brief explanation will assist you in your own studies and help to advance your spiritual journey."

Kundalini Awakening : Shiva ~ Shakti Unite

Inside the vertebral column, there are seven lotuses located on the Brahma Nadi. These are known as Chakra (spinal centres). Each lotus possesses different number of petals and also a distinct colour.

Amazing powers devolve on a human on activation of the Kundalini and each Chakra is related to the following attainments.

1. Muladhar Chakra

This Chakra is situated in the basal region of the vertebral column at the mid spot between anus and penis. In meditation, this Chakra is visualised as a red lotus possessing four petals. This is the resting place of the Kundalini Shakti, which lies here as a snake having three and half coil. This Chakra is the symbol of Earth element.

Activation of this results in riddance from tensions, true happiness, beauty, perfect health and physical strength, magnetic persona.

2. Swadhishtthan Chakra

This Chakra is located in the vertebral column just opposite to the penial region. In meditation, this Chakra is visualised as a vermilion coloured lotus having six petals. This semilunar Chakra is the symbol of Water element.

Activation of this results in freedom from stomach ailments, increase in sex power, and cure of sexual debility, increase in courage and fearlessness and magnetism.

3. Manipur Chakra

Inside the vertebral column, this Chakra is situated just opposite to the naval region. This ten petalled lotus is of blue colour. The Yantra of this Chakra is triangular in shape and it represents the fire element.

Activation of this results in perfect digestion, riddance from ailments like kidney stones, diabetes, liver problems etc. Success in amazing Sadhanas like flying in the air, walking on water, telepathic contact with animals and plants, perfection in Prannayam and the highest achievement is success in Meditation.

4. Anahat Chakra

The relative position of this Chakra inside the vertebral column is just opposite to the cardiac region (heart). This red coloured lotus possesses twelve petals and it represents the Air element. Activation of this Chakra illuminates the entire body and the entire vertebral column starts vibrating.

Activation of this results in peace of mind, boundless divine joy, total freedom from tensions, power to look into future, power of hypnosis, entering into Samadhi (divine trance), riddance from problems related to heart, increase in soft emotions like love, affection and kindness.

5. Vishuddha Chakra

Inside the vertebral column this Chakra is located opposite the throat region. This lotus of smoky colour possesses sixteen petals and it represents the sky element.

Activation of this results in riddance from all ailments related to throat, thyroid etc., increase in knowledge, gain of power of eloquence, deeper Samadhi, perfection in the art of Hypnotism, gain of power to die when one wills, total material success like comforts, wealth, fame etc.

6. Aagya Chakra

In Brahma Nadi (enclosed by vertebral column) this Chakra is located just opposite the mid spot between the two eyebrows. This white lotus has only two petals.

Also called the Third Eye its activation brings wondrous powers like clairvoyance, telepathy, power of giving curses or blessings, instant fulfillment of anything one wishes, and gain of knowledge related to all subjects and sciences, power to control thoughts of others and interfere even in nature.

7. Sahastrar Chakra

Beyond these six Chakras at the upper termination of the spinal cord, is the thousand petalled lotus; the abode of Lord Shiva (supreme being). When the Kundalini Shakti unites itself with the supreme being, the aspirant gets engrossed in deep meditation during which he perceives infinite bliss.

This is a subtle centre in the brain. On activation of Sahastraar a very fine, elixir-like secretion is produced from it which permeates the whole body thus making the human forever free of all ailments.

Sahastrar Chakra is also termed as Dasham Dwar of Brahmarandhara. In my view, this Chakra is situated two inches deep inside both the temporal region and three inches deep from the midspot between the eyebrows that is in the middle portion of cerebral hemispheres. From the throat, it is located three inches above the palate and inside the brain it is located in a small hole above the 'Maha Vivar' foramen of cerebrum.

Awakening of Sahastrar renders the aspirant liberated from corporeal bondages and attachments. He is endowed with all kinds of divine attainments including 'Ashta Siddhi' and 'Nava Nidhi'. He becomes an omniscient Yogi. Being emancipated from the cycles of birth and death, he certainly achieves the final beatitude.

One is fully enlightened and can then envision any event going on anywhere in the universe with out entering into Samadhi. All natural elements come under one’s control.

The practice of awakening Kundalini Shakti must be done only under the guidance of a competent Guru. Sometimes when the aspirant practices such exercises only after going through some books, he endangers his own life and there are chances of his becoming insane.

Really, fortunate is the person who attains his divine Guru. That person is fortunate who strives for awakening of the Kundalini Shakti and only that person is called God-illumined who after activating his Kundalini Shakti, gets the totality of life.

Awakening The Third Eye : Tuning Into Spirit

Regular Meditation and a constant awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, actions and speech opens up our chakras, develops our spiritual guiding system, our psychic centre, commonly called the 'Third Eye' or the 'Ajna Chakra' (Ajna means to command). With practice, we can learn how to use this in our lives. Controlled breathing ... allowing deep breaths and slow exhaling oxygenates our blood and opens up important energy centers in our body that allows Prana / Chi ... the life force to flow through freely ... much like tapping into the energy of the universe and opening up all channels to let the light shine through ...

There are many ways and methodologies to Open the Third Eye shared on the Internet & in books and videos widely viewed by thousands each day as the awareness of our own spiritual existence expands seeding the spark of evolution within our consciousness ... The first step towards a spiritual awakening is a shift in world view from separateness to that of Oneness and Unity. As this understanding grows deeper the ego or the false sense of self melts away giving way to a brand new realization of the self as one with the infinite unified field of consciousness we know by many names and in many forms and colors.

Here is an excerpt from the book Meditation by Linda Williamson ...

Power Stations ...

There are seven main energy centres within the body. They are called 'chakras', the Sanskrit word for wheel, because they appear clairvoyantly as whirling vortices of light. The chakras are situated in a line along the spine, starting with the root chakra at the base of the spine. Next is the sacral chakra, at the reproductive centre, the solar plexus at the naval, the heart, the throat, and the brow. The highest centre at the crown of the head is called the thousand-petalled lotus.

As a person begins to evolve spiritually, the chakras start to open and expand, from the lowest upwards. The expansion of the solar plexus gives increased sensitivity and intuition. As the heart opens, we are able to give out and receive greater love and compassion. The expansion of the throat centre begins creative ability and self-expression, while the crown connects us with the higher dimensions of spirits and with the deities.

The third eye has always been linked with psychic and occult powers. Pictured as an eye in the middle of the forehead, its development gives the ability to see with the inner vision. This encompasses many things: clairvoyance, seeing spirits, remote viewing or seeing things in distant places, and foreseeing in the future. At the highest level, it bestows the gift of spiritual 'insight' and spiritual knowledge.

When you begin to see vivid pictures or colours during your meditation, this is a sign that your third eye is developing. All meditation practices stimulate the development of the third eye, particularly those which involve visualisation. The following exercise is particularly helpful because it focuses the attention at the exact point where the third eye is situated.

Opening The Third Eye :

This is a highly practical exercise for helping to develop your third eye. Don't persist in staring at the candle if your eyes begin to tire or feel sensitive. Remember, the focus is not on the candle, but your third eye.

Exercise : Candle meditation

1. Find a candle in a colour you like, perhaps white, gold or purple as these are spiritual colours. The room should be dark. Place the candle on the table about a metre away from you, slightly below eye level. Light it and gaze steadily at the flame. Calm your mind and steady your breathing.

2. After a couple of minutes, close your eyes. You will see the after-image of the flame as a small point of white light in your mind's eye, the spot between the physical eyes. Keep your attention fixed on this point of light. Do not try to move, control or change it, just observe.

3. The light might appear to move upwards. It might change colour. Keep it in your inner vision for as long as you can. You may be surprised how long the image remains, sometimes fading and then reappearing again. When it fades completely, open your eyes and look at the candle again.

4. Repeat the procedure three times. The last time, try to hold the after-image steady without wavering. When you can no longer see it, keeping your eyes closed, continue to watch the space where it has been. Be aware of any colours or pictures that appear there.

The third eye has various other names, including 'the seat of intuition'. By focusing on this area during meditation, we gain a deep and persistent awareness of our intuition and proper judgment. With regular practice, this awareness can reach into our everyday lives. When we make decisions or face difficult situations we will be able to tap into our powers of judgment - instead of relying on external sources for answers to our problems.

The Third Eye chakra is often blocked by ego, or a sense of personal "self" as a separate physical entity. By surrendering to existence and persistent practice you help create a greater awareness of the third eye and allow the light within to shine through in unison with divine intent that drives our thoughts, actions, emotions and our speech. The chanting of AUM with a controlled and relaxed breath flow is one of the oldest known ways to tune into the power of the third eye, the focal point of intuition, the centre of our spiritual guiding system helping us tune into any and all frequencies of the one consciousness manifested as many ...

Sacred Alchemy : Healing With Monoatomic Gold !

From the royal tombs of pharaonic Egypt, to the laboratories of modern science, comes the extraordinary account of gravity defiance and teleportation in the ancient world. The Book of the Dead refers to a hyper-dimensional realm called the Field of Mfkzt, which is now determined as a superconductive energy field of high-spin metallurgy. Liaising with modern physicists, Laurence Gardner has ascertained that mfkzt (known today as monatomic gold) was the secret of the pharaohs' rite of passage to the Afterlife, and was directly associated with the pyramids and the biblical Ark of the Covenant, as revealed by inscriptions at the Sinai mountain temple of Moses.

With the old science now rediscovered, gold is fast becoming established as a logistically placed source material to the detriment of its traditional value as a currency reserve. As Laurence Gardner details, the advantages of the revived technology are astounding, especially in the fields of medicine and space travel, but the political and social implications of IMF-approved national bullion sales could be very threatening if not contained.

No reason is given in the Bible as to why the Ark of the Covenant was so richly contrived. It is portrayed as having awesome and deadly powers, but these are not satisfactorily explained. There is, however, no mystery to the Ark. Laurence Gardner explains that its story is wholly related to the dynastic House of Gold - the Messianic bloodline of ancient Grail Kings from the Old Kingdom pharaohs to King Solomon and the descendant Royal House of Judah.

What was the Ark of the Covenant? Where is the Ark? What were its relationships to the Golden Fleece and the Philosophers' Stone of Nicolas Flamel? In fact, what is the Philosophers' Stone - and how does it work? By accessing Rosicrucian, Templar and Royal Society archives, these questions are all addressed and answered by Laurence Gardner in Lost Secrets of the Sacred Ark - thereby revealing the long forgotten secret of Royal Arch Freemasonry.

In the field of quantum mechanics, NASA scientists have recently confirmed that matter can indeed be in two places at once. It is now an established fact that, through quantum entanglement, particles millions of light-years apart can be connected without physical contact. Space-time can now be manipulated; teleportation is becoming a reality; gravity-resistant material is now heralded for air transport, and virtual science has led to a greater understanding of hyper-dimensional existence. In Lost Secrets of the Sacred Ark, Laurence Gardner reveals that the keys to all this are: (a) Mfkzt - referred to by the Institute of Advanced Studies as 'exotic monatomic matter', and (b) the amazing technology of Superconductivity - acclaimed by the Center for Advanced Study as 'the most remarkable physical property in the universe'.

It is clear however, from the documentary evidence of ancient times, that the attributes of superconductors and gravity defiance were known, even if not understood, in a distant world of priestly levitation, godly communication and the phenomenal power of the Electrikus.

White Powder Gold : Superhealth Through Modern Alchemy

This cutting edge technology is summed up in only a few words: monatomic (or monoatomic) and diatomic elements. Classical science teaches us that the three phases of matter are gasses, liquids, and solids (but now there are the newer plasmas, condensates and liquid crystals). Some solids crystallize into lattice structures we call metals. What classical science does not teach us (because these are new and extreme cutting edge discoveries) is that there is, in fact, another phase of matter called "monatomic."

These are also known as ORMES (Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements) or ORMUS and m-state elements, and the newest theories in physics as they relate to this area of research assert that some elements on the periodic chart might be diatomic (two atoms) or small atomic cluster "condensates," which are known in the scientific community as "Bose-Einstein Condensates." They are becoming more widely known as "m-state" elements.

Laurence Gardner's contention is that the Biblical Ark of the Covenant was in reality: a capacitor that made it a powerful and deadly weapon, a superconductor that allowed it to levitate above ground, and a machine for manufacturing a substance called "Mfkzt" by the ancient Egyptians, "manna" by the Hebrews, and the "philosophers stone" by alchemists. At first glance, these propositions seem preposterous, and yet, after following his trail of logic, one wonders how it could have been anything other than what he insists it was.

A 1904 expedition to Mount Horeb (which the King James Version of the bible claims was the place Moses received the Ten Commandments) discovered the ruins of an Egyptian temple with hundreds of artifacts including: huge statues, obelisks, round tables, crucibles, vases and wands, and most significantly tons of a white powder concealed beneath flagstone. Through his research Gardner has ascertained that this white substance called "Mfkzt" was a Monoatomic powdered gold.

By a special process of arc heating, gold and other platinum group metals, can be turned into a single atom or Monoatomic substance, that has superconductive properties. Superconductive materials are capable of levitation above magnetic fields, and Gardner speculates, that the powdered substance contained in the ark might have given it such capabilities. How else, he asks would it have been possible for four men to carry the ark when the lid alone, which was made of pure gold, has been calculated to have weighed around 2,714 pounds. It has been determined that a superconductive material will lose about 40% of its weight as a result of repulsing the earths own magnetic field. This could have made the transport of the ark manageable and therefore consistent with biblical references of the ark being marched around the city of Jericho for example.

The ark's design gives credence, as well, to stories of the destructive powers of the ark. Biblical records clearly specify that the ark was constructed of wood sandwiched between layers of gold. Gardner realized that these are the specifications of a simple capacitor, and calculates that the ark would have charged to several thousand volts, making it a powerful and deadly weapon.

As we find out in this story, the superconductive properties of mfkzt was really only a by-product that the ancients might have stumbled upon. Its main purpose was that of consumption. Numerous ancient references of Mfkzt, often called "white bread" or "manna" relate to it being eaten for its healthful affects. Recent biochemical experiments have confirmed that Monoatomic platinum group metals have shown anti aging affects by increasing melatonin production, stimulate the pineal and pituitary glands, and in turn reactivation of "Junk DNA."

According to David Hudson who is most frequently credited for the rediscovery of white powder gold, the ORMUS elements connect with the non-physical reality through what is called the zero point. One way to look at this idea is that there is endless potential for new energy. Some believe that consciousness influences matter. Many studies of these materials consist of looking for and understanding the linkages between consciousness, matter, and all that exists, the oneness seen by Bohm, Everett, Bohr and other such pioneers as the quantum domain.

The Pineal Gland : A Stargate To Time Travel

The Pineal Gland is a hyper dimensional Stargate built into our human physiology which enables us to Time Travel. This technology was reverse engineered by the ancient Atlantean society. The stargate functions by the use of ordinary water, H2O. When shielded off from all of the electromagnetic references to our existing 3rd dimensional space/time... the water can shift and have a connection made to an inverted reality of time/space (3 dimensions of time and one dimension of space). When time/space has been entered there is access to one dimension of space and ability of movement through time...

In this realm fast forwarding or rewinding through time can be accomplished very easily much like in space/time we have easy movement ability through space.

This is accomplished through tiny molecules within the pineal gland water called microclusters. These micro clusters are depicted in plutonic solid geometry shapes. The microclusters form a resonant gateway which allows transition into time/space.

When "fired up" by means of "Kundalini activation" the pineal gland stargate technology is accessed. "Kundalini activation" is the balancing of all of the chakra energy centers within the human body that will ultimately allow for pineal gland technology activation. This activation is felt as a ringing, buzzing or pressure inside of the head. During this process a series of complex electromagnetic intersecting rings of energy spin around the water within the pineal gland which causes the pineal gland to "gate over" into time/space where your access to linear time can be directed to some degree by your conscious focus.

In the documentary The 2012 Enigma David Wilcock speaks about DNA, Consciousness, Stargate Technology & The Pineal Gland in detail ... this is the part where he speaks about the Pineal Gland.
